Automation from custom field to tagging not work

Hi there, I use convertful for integration and add custom field to filter it. I want to automate this custom field to tagging as I need but unfortunately its didn't work. What's worng?

I am having a similar issue with ConvertFul. It seems if the field is populated and you change it, automation works. If you populate the custom field at the same time as the user is created, the automation does not trigger.
