Convert Fox Tracking code clash with too many apps
complete
Ángel
Hi, I reported this so many times, so I am not sure is not here. Reported on 30th november 2017 to support, and several times through Facebook (PM and groups) Look there for more info.
The tracking code clash on my tests with:
- Thrive Architect
- Viral Loops (the easiest to test, as the popup button does not appear).
- Any other popup code you have on the same page.
You wont see the problem if you are logged and you wont see the problem if you use incognito.
Try with firefox with a standard session (with cookies) and try with IE or EDGE and you will find the issues.

Still not fixed for us either -- go to https://www.viralsweep.com/ in incognito, convertfox does not load the first time. refresh the page and it loads.

I have been testing and I still found the same bugs and problems with the code. The main issues happens with Firefox and when more JS is on the same page, thrive architect, viral loops are the easiest one to try.
I do not think the team tested with those too.
Also is important to test with a user not logged into convertfox but not in incognito windows (the cookies seem to have something to do with this too).
Chrome works much better so do not use that for testing.
Please open my feedback bug again. It is not fixed. Thanks
Ángel
On my first test, It does not work with Thrive Architect and Viral Loops using google tag manager to embed the code on the site. Trying to find out more, but it seems this is not fixed.

This issue has been resolved.

Raghavender Rao Jitta: It's not resolved. How can you mark things as resolved when they clearly are not? It comes across as if bugs are just nuisances to be brushed under the carpet. I'm not saying that's your frame of mind, but that's the impression that I get when something like this is just marked as complete without any verification that it is actually fixed.
