Right now selecting a person and clicking delete doesn't work. If you click to get to the single person view and click Delete User it shows an application error that seems to not be handled properly.

This has resolved for me know. I can delete people again.

I'm having the same problem too.

If there is a bug like this that is clearly affecting users across the board, for days, I think it'd be useful (and save them time answering support tickets) if CF pro-actively messaged their customers to let them know that it's been logged and they are investigating. I'd find that more helpful than wasting my time faffing with a problem for 20 mins only to then need to send a chat support message.
