In order to stop an email within a campaign from being sent out, we can pause specific emails.

But we need the ability to delete individual emails that are no longer required in a campaign.

I was setting up a campaign, added a second email, decided I didn't like it - whilst the campaign was still in draft - and found I can't delete it (only pause).
