Email Marketing

CURRENT STATE The email preheader (screenshot attached) is inserting the word Gist as the first word. The user does not know what Gist is, so it reads as an error. DESIRED STATE Remove "Gist" remove the email preheader.

Currently we can't set a custom Outbound Email Address (Settings > Email > Outbound Email Address) unless that address is a user on the CF account. I don't want to have to consume one of my user accounts just to be able to use this feature with something like " hi@mycompany.com " Please allow us to use email Aliases/Groups (G Suite) with this feature.

Please add option to modify / translate the text: "Don't want to get emails like this? Unsubscribe"

Currently when you view a campaign email, you can see the send and click times for each user, but only relative (1 day ago). It would be nice if you could see the specific (absolute) date and time on mouse-over

Currently, you click on a specific email to see details (e.g. who opened it, etc) but there is no information on when it was sent. We need to have the send time and date on that page (above the Subject line, ideally > https://cl.ly/0266bfeb9798 )

It'd be great to be able to send a User email A with Link 1, Link 2 and Link 3 in it (i.e. multiple choices) and then, depending on which link they click, they get both a specific Tag applied to them and also receive a triggered email, specific to the link they clicked. (I assumed this was what Auto Messages or Campaigns allowed you to do, but I can't work out how to configure them?)

If you have more than one link in an email you send out, there is no way of knowing which link the recipient clicked. This really needs to be addressed ASAP as it is such a standard Email Marketing function.

Unsubscribes cost you list growth and revenue. The way the current CF unsubscription page looks like, costs you subscribers. The reason: It only allows you to unsubscribe from a campaign or from all emails. The problem is the end user does not care about "Unsubscribe from Campaign" text, they are interested in what information they'll receive. If they however see the different campaign names/topics they can subscribe/unsubscribe using checkboxes. Another option is to make choose intervals like weekly or monthly mails etc. It would also be highly recommended to be able to BRAND/customize the unsub page with your company logo & colors. Another good feature would be to have an exit survey to find out what went wrong.

Would love to have more types of custom attributes such as a SELECTOR (or radio-buttons) -where user selects from available options. This will make things easier, especially when the selection is relatively simple e.g GENDER : Male or Female!

Please add the possibility to change language in email for unsubscribe link etc.
