Outbound Email Address - Use Aliases

Currently we can't set a custom Outbound Email Address (Settings > Email > Outbound Email Address) unless that address is a user on the CF account.
I don't want to have to consume one of my user accounts just to be able to use this feature with something like "hi@mycompany.com"
Please allow us to use email Aliases/Groups (G Suite) with this feature.

This is a great feature request. We want to use team@domain.com or something like that for all outgoing communications and replies. So, if a user starts a chat and gets en email, they always receive correspondence from the same address, regardless of the person sending it.

Well, half a year now. It's basically required to be able to send from addresses like support@mycompany.com or news@mycompany.com Otherwise mail marketing doesn't make sense

This is actually driving me mental. I HATE that I can't set up my custom address without it consuming a user on my account.
Please fix this before I lose the last of my marbles. XD
