Interested to see chat email transcript feature on some button click for a specific chat session. As some of our visitor/client ask to send the chat transcript over their email for their references in future.

Would be nice to be able to let the chat client choose to have the transcript of the conversation emailed to them and the possibility for us to to that for them.

would love to see this implemented, had 3 lengthy chats today, each requesting a copy of the chat transcript and there was no way to send it.
