The Email Capture Messages allows you to ask for the user's email. Upon entry, the user receives confirmation in green text letting them know the team will respond in chat and via email. They receive no additional prompt. This creates the perception in the user; they should wait for your reply. More information could be captured though. Instead of sending the default green email confirmation text, more info could be collected if team members could customize that message as a separate chat bubble, probably more than 120 characters. I might want to say, "Thanks for your email. As mentioned earlier, we'll get back to you within a day. In the meantime, please add as much detail to this chat as you'd like. We'll read it all!"
