I have 7 accounts I own...all clients...I am the owner because I am the one setting them all up and configuring them....but I don't want to show up as available for their live chats...I only want to be available for the live chat for my website...how can I set up my account to accomplish this? Right now I have to set myself "Away" so I don't start getting messages for my clients live chats...but that also means I am "Away" for my own site. Please help.

This feature needs to happen ASAP; we're desperate! Please tell us you're working on it. LOL
I have 6 different CF "Projects". Some are my own, and some I've been added to by clients to help configure their CF installs.
I NEED a way to be able to set myself available/not available per project. Ideally, I wouldn't show up at all on their chat as a team member since I'm only there to help do admin things.
I currently have to keep myself set as "Away" all the time so that I don't show up for my client's project, which means I can't put myself online for my own projects. YIKES!

Amber: Pushed this live today. Is in beta but please do give it a try. Go to Settings > Teammates and flip the Hide chat switch on for those teammates you want to completely hide from chat messenger. Let me know if you have any feedback :)

Raghavender Rao Jitta: Awesome! In my excitement I accidentally switched to "Status" toggle to disable myself from a project. LOL
Logged in as the client (admin) and turned myself back on and also see the "visible" slider setting; it wasn't available as my collaborator role.
Any chance we could get the ability to set this as individual users as well as admins. :)

Raghavender Rao Jitta, thanks for the update :) Would it be possible to have the option to hide the owner in chats so that the team can handle conversations, rather than the owner?

+1 for sure! Debating how to best accomplish this for a set-up right now. I am just their "web guy" and I will be admin for them, and will probably screen their chats as well. However, I don't want to be visible all the time or have my avatar viewable, but want to still be accessible to my other personal projects, would be good if ideally their company logo or owner or whoever is assigned the duty of "chat watch" other than me was shown as available.

Yes! I NEED this! Please let us hide team members from the chat.
