Like many other chat clients, it would be great to talk to your visitors on FB from your web chat. It's good for both users and for agents since both can talk from the location they like to.

If we can choice a chat platform inside ConverFox is very good. I usuallly use FB messenger for support my clients. We can boost conversion and get visitor data(from FB) if an automation chat pop up with FB messenger at the right time.
