Allow browser notifications. I don't want to have convertfox open all day. I want to receive a quick notification if someone wants to chat in my browser. (See Upwork notifications in desktop)

Could push notifications also be extended to include the customer? We have so many enquiries, when customers don't leave their email address we have no way of getting back to them, apart from waiting until they come to our site again and hit chat. Many of our clients are older and not tech savvy, someway to to get them engaged more on chat would be helpful.

I don't want to keep my browser always open on convertfox. I'd want a push notification as soon as someone starts a chat. Then I click on the notification, and it takes me straight to the chat.
