Most other platforms (Drift, Crisp, Intercom etc) offer the ability to forward received emails into the LiveChat inbox.
Add the ability to forward emails to ConvertFox so that support agents can handle chat and email from the one place.

This is related to a support issue but also an useful feature consideration for the chat app. I'm not sure if this has come up already but I was having formatting issues with the list importer so started a chat with support. I managed to get an action related response after 24-48 hours but had already managed to make several adjustments to my list and successfully imported it. After which, I got replies from several support reps via chat. I notified the first responder that I had already fixed the issue. Shortly after I received 2-3 further responses from separate support agents. This highlights the necessity for some sort of ticketing system to be incorporated into the chat app. Especially if it's used for support - as CF themselves are currently doing. It will certainly enable support to service these issues quicker and save repeating work dealing with the same support issue.

As does Kayako and FrontApp... but they are only chat/email and no marketing/drip.

This would be nice to have. We currently have to use another platform (Crisp in this case) to handle this. Would be great to have it all-in-one with convert fox. Do not expect Convert Fox to become our support ticket/customer service platform, but we do a lot of lead generation through email forwarding as a first point of contact!
