You can now search conversations by name or email address of the users, chat tags, assigned teammates. You can also search by specific text that appears in the chat messages.

To search by name or email address or specific texts in chat messages, just enter the same in the search box and relevant conversations will be filtered.

To search by chat tags, you'd need to use the keyword 'tag' as shown in this example, "tag: {insert tag}"

To search by assigned teammates, you'd need to use the keyword 'user' as shown in this example, "user: {insert teammate's name}"
