Mind to share any solution

i want my convertfox chat to trigger visitor with a message during office hour (monday- friday 9.00am-5.30pm)

And during non office hour (after 5.30 pm), i want my chat to trigger a different kind of chat message to visitor.

Also, in saturday and sunday. Another different chat message.

i think it is better for us to play with customer emotion with specific message that will make them understand, we are not unable to respond during that time
