It seems that ConvertFox is currently on a typical waterfall development cycle (spend 6+ months building a lot of features, release those features twice a year and a bit of bugfixing in between). Would you please, please, please, consider switching an agile development model instead (release small incremental updates, features and fixes on a very regular basis)? Waterfall is great for physical products (cars, phones, ...) but not so great for software. Especially if your competitors are on an agile cycle. Your customers may wonder if ConvertFox is even still alive, have no idea where the company is going and don't see added value when they need to renew there subscription. Even this Canny feedback board looks more like a wish list than a true communication tool between the company and the user (some features have been marked "In progress" for over 8 months).
