Profiles & Meetings

This is two-pronged: Updating the "Avatar Letter" attributes seems to have no effect in Gist. Avatar Letters in Gist (for users without Gravatar profiles) display the first two letters of the user's first name. This is uncommon. The typical convention is one of the following: A. First letter of first name. B. First letter of first name + first letter of last name. This is low priority, but I advocate changing to A or B, so it's more understandable to people providing support.

Enable team admins to update teammate profiles: update profile photo on behalf of user, update name, and initiate password reset. Teammates aren't always technical, or there may be preferred image or name styling.

Would be great to have the option to embed (calendar) as a booking button onto our website. ie; we have calendly button on our site and it pops up with calendar so they can see dates immediately. See here: https://cl.ly/tKDQ

Bring appointment system on convertfox is really great feature but add it with custom domain like on knowledge base would be better.

Please add more question/response options. For example: single line, multiple line, radio button, checkbox, etc.

Right now the options for email notifications/reminders appear to be limited (and unclear). Are they sent an email upon initial booking? What if we decide to cancel the meeting? Are they sent a notification of cancellation? Right now, the only email that I see is a reminder email, though it's unclear when that is sent (text says: "Send reminder at (in hours)". No idea what that is supposed to mean. Also doesn't appear that we can edit that email so I have no idea what they're being sent.

It will be great to have payment gateway intigration to meeting, so that clents can pay to book meeting.

Enable us to make a meeting type (e.g. 90min) hidden so it is only reachable through the direct link, but not available as an option. For premium customers, we can allow for longer meetings this way.
