Any plans to allow for the live chat to connect to KB with specific keywords/tags? For example, someone chats in asking about how to integrate with mailchimp, and we can simply type #mailchimp into our chat and it triggers the KB article to appear, rather than fetching a link to the article manually for them? To set this up, the KB article settings would obviously have to offer some type of 'chat trigger' feature where we can automatically pull in the article based on a keyword we type into chat.
