Have a quick search in the main chat window to easily access the knowledge base.

Any plans to allow for the live chat to connect to KB with specific keywords/tags? For example, someone chats in asking about how to integrate with mailchimp, and we can simply type #mailchimp into our chat and it triggers the KB article to appear, rather than fetching a link to the article manually for them? To set this up, the KB article settings would obviously have to offer some type of 'chat trigger' feature where we can automatically pull in the article based on a keyword we type into chat.

Support Hero has a wonderful concept in sending you each week the questions being searched for in your knowledge base. This way you know what your customers are really stuck on and need help with and can add these questions to the knowledge base. That would be a lovely addition in ConvertFox.

I'd like to be able to further control the KB styling via our own custom CSS overrides.

It'd be great to show more of the categories and less of the the header (which takes up more than 50% of the viewport on a desktop).

I would like to translate to hungarian language and I extremely need it!

Would be awesome to be able to password protect the KB, so that only customers can see the documentation for your product

We currently use SupportHero but I would really like to bring our docs over to CF. One thing keeping me at SH is the ability to embed a support widget directly inside of our product - so users can browse the knowledgebase without leaving the app. Bonus points if this ever evolved to the point that we could trigger specific articles to be featured depending on user location within our app :)

Would like to be able to update the top right CTA text and not have it pull from the page title. Doesn't make sense to give the option to input URL but not change the text

There should be the option to noindex or redirect the brand.convertfox.help URL when using custom domain. The ConvertFox Knowledge Base URL is available for index and could technically be duplicate content. Either that or when custom domain is setup, to redirect to custom domain. Not good for SEO
