Ability to see all visitors currently on site with details for known and be able to proactively push a chat to them.

Interested to see chat email transcript feature on some button click for a specific chat session. As some of our visitor/client ask to send the chat transcript over their email for their references in future.

so u ask to people write his email... and CF send a email (drip, event or you setup). The widget chat like a Lead Form

Allow browser notifications. I don't want to have convertfox open all day. I want to receive a quick notification if someone wants to chat in my browser. (See Upwork notifications in desktop)

A basic rich editor, which at least includes bold, italics, underline, etc. And specially a link tool; this is something I use a lot in other help desk software.
