Right now selecting a person and clicking delete doesn't work. If you click to get to the single person view and click Delete User it shows an application error that seems to not be handled properly.

I've sent an email to my users. Some have clicked a link taking them to my website. That link click has been registered in their People profile. However, their subsequent web visit hasn't; it doesn't look like they've visited site. Is this a bug? Or is this not how it works? (because it kind of seems that that's exactly how it should work!!)

There is currently a critical bug where users are not receiving messages that we send via the chat interface until they refresh their page. In addition, I do not receive messages from new users in the chat interface until I refresh the page. This is causing users to think we are not replying, when we actually are.

Hi there, I see something weird today regarding to the Tags. . Last week, I created a new tag which is 'tshirt' tag and I added it manually to each users who were purchased my tshirt. . Suddenly, today, all of my users were tagged as 'tshirt' automatically. . I didn't or never setup automatic trigger for that 'tshirt' tag yet. . Could you please check it out what is happens?

All emails are being sent twice. This includes notification emails from Convertfox itself.

After filling a form on my website, an email is sent to the user requesting to confirm his subscription. When user clicks on the link, it brings to a thank you page branded "powered by Convertfox". That's fine. Where Its not so great, is that the convertfox chat appears. I would expect no chat or mine but not Convertfox one.

When user signup using post-sinugp method they doesn't redirects to the url that I set on the field. It just shows something called "Jason" Please fix this. Thanks.

Hi, I reported this so many times, so I am not sure is not here. Reported on 30th november 2017 to support, and several times through Facebook (PM and groups) Look there for more info. The tracking code clash on my tests with: Thrive Architect Viral Loops (the easiest to test, as the popup button does not appear). Any other popup code you have on the same page. You wont see the problem if you are logged and you wont see the problem if you use incognito. Try with firefox with a standard session (with cookies) and try with IE or EDGE and you will find the issues.
