I found that Convertfox slows down our site a bit. Here are some important issues affecting the UX when chatting via a mobile browser: Flashing type cursor is missing. Users struggle to go back and edit text. Send, Emoji and Attach File buttons don't work after clicking into "Type a reply..." (greyed out) It's not obvious that the Return key is Send, especially if the Send button is greyed out. Occasionally "Type a reply" isn't clickable either. Overall, these issues are almost a deal breaker for me. I sell UX services and it's not a good look when simple things aren't functional for new leads. Issues were tested on iPhone X in Chrome. Will also test on Google Pixel.

Can this please get fixed?

The chat widget on iOS devices (iPad air & iPhone 5s) are not working properly. The widget flashes and sometimes disappear while typing.

Refer attached screenshot. Convertfox default blue colour #298ee8 for the chat bubble icon. It means that the speech bubble is also the same blue. Hyperlink are not visible against a blue chat colour. I changed to my corporate colours and text and hyperlinks are still not easy to read. Settings only allows to change background colours. I would like the ability to change text and hyperlink font colours.

Hi there, I use convertful for integration and add custom field to filter it. I want to automate this custom field to tagging as I need but unfortunately its didn't work. What's worng?

Chat box is hidden on mobile, requires user to pull up to see it. Took a long time to work that out. Also, responses sometimes disappear... At first, comments appear to send, but then the app refreshes and they're gone. I thought I had responded to my customer, but found out later that my message hadn't sent.
